As President and CEO of Grupo DAS, as well as Quality Assurance Manager (QMS), he oversees the implementation of the Quality Management System, document control, and continuous improvement processes, ensuring that the organization meets the most demanding international standards.

Boeing 737 NG Technical Pilot at Aerolíneas Argentinas, accumulating more than 9,100 flight hours, experience that gives him a unique operational insight to evaluate the real-world applicability of procedures.
IFP PANS-OPS Procedure Designer at EANA, where he participated in the design of flight paths in complex environments and implemented new navigation specifications such as VPT (Visual Approach with Prescribed Track).
IFP Procedure Validator for ANAC, both in simulator and in flight, ensuring the viability, safety, and regulatory compliance of each design.
Gastón has a multidisciplinary academic background, holding degrees in Psychology and Business Administration, which allows him to integrate technical precision with strategic management and team leadership.
He has obtained ICAO certifications in conventional IFPD, PANS-OPS, and RNP-AR, which consolidate his expertise in performance-based air navigation (PBN) and reinforce his commitment to the highest standards of aviation safety, efficiency, and sustainability. He is also trained in Flight Validation by the FAA.
